MRSPTU to hold 10th inter-zonal youth fest at Aryans College

Srinagar, Nov 12: The Youth Welfare Department of Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU), Bathinda, in collaboration with Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura (near Chandigarh), will host the 10th Inter-Zonal Youth Festival on November 17 and 18 at the Aryans campus. Around 25 colleges with nearly 5,000 students are expected to participate.

The event will be graced by Punjab Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema, MRSPTU Vice Chancellor Dr Sanjeev Sharma, MLAs Gurlal Singh and Neena Mittal, DGP Shashi Prabha, IAS officer Ramvir, SSP Varun Sharma, and several other dignitaries. Dr Anshu Kataria, Chairman of Aryans Group, will preside over the function.

Themed “Virsa te Vikas”—celebrating Punjab’s rich heritage and progressive youth—the two-day fest will feature competitions in music, dance, theatre, fine arts, and literature.
