MP Mian Altaf expresses grief over death of two nomads in Kulgam

Srinagar, Aug 06 : National Conference Member of Parliament ( Anantnag-Rajouri) Mian Altaf Ahmad has expressed profound grief over the tragic death of two people of a nomadic family.

The dup died after a tree and a boulder feel on their makeshift tent in Kund forest area of Kulgam district.

In a statement, Mian Altaf extended condolences to the victim family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.

"Two people lost their lives and two others sustained injuries on Wednesday after a tree and a boulder fell on a tent sheltering a nomadic family who are residents of Rajouri but currently on their seasonal migration in the upper reaches of the Kund belt in South Kashmir's Kulgam district, I urge the administration to reach out to the affected family with relief and suitable compensation" the statement said.
