Motivational speaker inspires Aryans students on academic growth

Srinagar, Sep 20: Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, near Chandigarh, organised an inspiring session for students of Engineering, Law, Management, Pharmacy, Nursing, Education, Paramedical, Computer Science, and Physiotherapy on the theme “Building One’s Academic Identity.”

As per the statement issued by the college, the session was delivered by Manjula Slaria, CEO and Life Skill Coach, Chandigarh, and Director of Prasanchetas Foundation, who is widely recognised for her work in guiding students towards holistic academic and professional development.

Anshu Kataria, Chairman of Aryans Group, said such sessions are part of the college’s ongoing efforts to provide students across all streams with real-life guidance from eminent academicians and professionals.

During her address, Slaria emphasised the importance of cultivating a strong academic identity that goes beyond marks and degrees, focusing on critical thinking, research skills, personal branding, and professional ethics. She motivated students to channel their strengths, embrace innovation, and prepare to stand out in today’s competitive world.
