Most parts of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district without electricity after snowfall

Baramulla, Feb 28: Most of the parts of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district have been without electricity since last evening due to a power outage caused by fresh snowfall.

The disruption has led to significant hardships for residents.

According to officials from the Power Development Department (PDD), the snowfall has damaged the 132 kV and 33 kV transmission lines. Efforts are underway to restore the power supply at the earliest.
