Modi ensures that development should reach to every corner of beautiful region: BJP's Chugh on new Ladakh districts

Srinagar, Aug 26: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP's) national general secretary and party in-charge for J&K and Ladakh, Tarun Chugh on Monday termed the centre's decision to make new five districts in the region of Ladakh as historic.

Chug said that he extends "gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah for their leadership and commitment to the development of Ladakh region."

"By establishing these new districts, the Modi government has ensured that the benefits of development reach every corner of the beautiful Ladakh region," Chugh said in a statement.

This move will undoubtedly enhance administrative efficiency, improve infrastructure and provide greater access to essential services for all residents, said Chugh.

Chugh said the BJP was confident that this step will pave the way for a brighter future for Ladakh, fostering economic growth, social development and cultural preservation.

The creation of these districts will not only strengthen local governance but also empower local communities to actively participate in the decision-making processes, he said.
