MLA Tanvir Sadiq leads snow clearance efforts in Zadibal

Srinagar, Dec 28: Amid heavy snowfall disrupting daily life, MLA Zadibal and JKNC Chief Spokesperson personally led snow clearance operations on foot from early morning in the Zadibal constituency including important places like the SKIMS Hospital, JLNM Rainawari Hospital and Dargah Hazratbal, a press release said.

“I’m on the ground, doing my best to address people’s grievances. It will take some time, but I’ll try to cover as many areas as possible. Since I’m traveling on foot, progress may be slow,” the MLA shared on X. He added, “In the meantime, if there’s any specific area that needs immediate attention, please let me know, and I’ll raise it with the administration. I understand the challenges that need urgent solutions. While we enjoy the snow—which we should—let’s exercise patience as we work together to resolve these issues.”

The MLA visited multiple parts of the constituency, including Rainawari, Dal, Zadibal, Makhdoom Sahib, Koker Bagh, Soura, and Dargah, to monitor the situation and oversee ongoing snow clearance efforts. Braving snow-covered streets, he personally inspected areas such as Kalwal Mohalla, Rainawari, Zaildar Mohalla, Dargah Hazratbal, SKIMS Hospital Soura, Mashali Mohalla, Wantpora, Zadibal, Sazgaripora, Bachidarwaza, Grid Station, Koker Bagh, and Hawal.

Residents praised the MLA’s proactive approach and hands-on involvement, commending his dedication to directly addressing their challenges, the press release said.
