MLA Hazratbal Salman Sagar presides over Gram Sabha in Harwan
Srinagar, Dec 11: MLA Hazratbal Salman Ali Sagar presided over a crucial Gram Sabha at Government Boys High School in New Theed Harwan, bringing together local administrative officials and community representatives to address critical rural development issues.
The Gram Sabha, which focused on Panchayat Halqas New Theed ‘A’ and New Theed ‘B’, saw participation from key administrative personnel including the Block Development Officer (BDO), Block Medical Officer (BMO), Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and various line department officers.
During the extensive meeting, the participants engaged in detailed discussions covering a wide range of public concerns affecting the rural belt.
The deliberations centered on pressing issues related to health infrastructure, wildlife and forest management, educational development, Public Health Engineering (PHE) department services, and other block-level developmental works.
Political representatives supporting the initiative included BP Khanyar B Block’s Bashir Ahmad Mir, constituency coordinators Abid Wani and Irfan Zehgeer, and youth leader Yawar Ali.
Local party unit functionaries were also in attendance, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to community engagement.
