Minor girl falls from hill, dies

Rajouri, Jan 3: A 12 year old minor girl hailing from Chajjla Patri village of Mendhar sub division in Poonch district died after she fell from a hill on Wednesday evening.

The deceased was grazing cattle at hill top when she slipped from a slope and fell from height and died on the spot.

She has been identified as Sobia Kouser (12) daughter of Mohammad Khaliq resident of Chajjla and a student of 5th standard in local government school.

Police said that legal formalities and investigation into the matter have been started under Mendhar police station of Mendhar sub division.
