Minor girl dead, four others injured in Bandipora road accident

Srinagar, April 10: A road accident in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Wednesday resulted in the untimely death of an 11-year-old girl and left four others injured.

The accident occurred when a three-wheeler load carrier, bearing registration number JK15A 6334, overturned at Churtangoo Ajas area in Bandipora.

The accident led to the tragic on-the-spot death of a young girl identified as Furqana, aged 11. The severity of the accident caused injuries to four other individuals who were immediately rushed to SKIMS (Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences) for urgent medical attention.

The injured victims, whose identities are yet to be disclosed, are currently undergoing treatment at SKIMS.
