Minimise power cuts: Qayoom Wani

Srinagar, Nov 4 : Jammu and Kashmir Civil Society Forum Chairman (JKCSF) Abdul Qayoom Wani has urged the administration to minimise the power cuts and provide uninterrupted power supply during winter.

According to a press release, he was addressing a meeting of the forum here. “The meeting expressed satisfaction over successful round table conference organised by JKCSF recently The suggestions received from the dignitaries during conference were threat bare discussed and three member committee was framed to consolidate the suggestions and finalise the resolution for onward submission to the top religious scholars, intellectuals, journalists, legal lumnaries and authorities at the helm of affairs so that a joint mechanism is framed to combat this collective challenge of drug menace, social evils and alarming increase in family disputes and suicide cases.

Qayoom Wani asked the committee members to finalise the resolution immediately for submission to the concerned authorities.
