Militants fire at army vehicle in Jammu's Akhnoor; no injuries reported
Srinagar, Oct 28: Militants attacked an army vehicle in Akhnoor area of Jammu, reports said Monday.
Quoting officials news agency GNS reported that this morning, an army vehicle came under gunfire from militants, which was retaliated by the army forcing the attackers to retreat.
Terrorists fired upon a convoy near #Asan, #Sunderbani Sector, targeting Army vehicles in the morning.

So far, there was no reports of any injury or casualties in this incident.
Meanwhile, more reinforcement to that area has been rushed and massive search operation has been launched to trace the attackers, added the official.
The attack comes days after an ambush on the army convoy killed five including three soldiers and two civillian porters.
