Mentally challenged teen repatriated

Poonch, Oct 14: Indian authorities Saturday handed over a 17-year- old mentally challenged teenager to PoK officials through the Chakkan-da-Bagh crossing in Poonch.

Irshad Ahmed, a PoK resident, was apprehended by the army on the Indian side of LoC in Kerni sector on Friday.

DySP headquarters Poonch Afrat Ahmed told Greater Kashmir that the officials of army and civil administration from both sides were present when the boy was handed over to PoK authorities.
