Mehbooba pays tributes

Srinagar, Nov 24: PDP President and former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti paid glowing tributes to prominent journalist and pioneer of journalism in Jammu and Kashmir Khwaja Sanaullah Bhat on his 14th death anniversary.

In a statement, Mehbooba said, “Khawaja Sahib's contribution to journalism in Kashmir is unparalleled and that he inspired generations.”

“Khawaja sahab was a pioneering figure when it came to journalism in Kashmir. He was a fierce writer and journalist who spoke truth to power. His words resonated with the sentiments of the people and never compromised on truth. Khawaja Sahab’s Contribution would always be remembered ,”she added.
