Massive rush of devotees in mosques on first Friday of Ramadhan

Rajouri, Mar 15: Massive rush of devotees was seen in mosques of Pir Panjal regionon the first Friday of holy month of Ramadhan.

Elaborate security arrangements were also put in place by the security forces and police for smooth conduct a Friday prayers.

Religious scholars on this occasion delivered sermons asking people follow the teachings of Islam and humanity.

They also focused on the importance of Holy month of Ramadhan in the life of a Muslim."Holy month of Ramadhan has pivotal importance in the life of every Muslim," Moulana Mohammad Farooq Niami said.

He stated that all the mosques in Rajouri remained abuzz with devotees who offered prayers on first Friday of Ramadan.
