Massive boulder slide blocks traffic on Jammu-Srinagar highway in J&K's Udhampur

Banihal, July 20: One tube of the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway was blocked near Dewal Bridge at Samroli in Udhampur district after a massive boulder slide hit the highway early Sunday morning.

Traffic control unit Ramban said upper tube of NH 44 has been blocked due to landslide and both side traffic is moving normally from other tube.

He said restoration work is underway and traffic on effected tube/lane will be restored soon.
