Man hit by train in Pulwama, dies

Pulwama, Nov 4: A 20-year-old man died after being mowed down by a train along Bijbehara-Panzgam section in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Saturday.

He has been identified as Arsalan, son of Jalaluddin of Darbagh Wachi, Shopian. The incident occurred in Naina village at around 1 pm.

An official said that Arsalan died on the spot.

He said that Police registered a case in this connection.
