Man found hanging from ceiling fan

Ramban, Jan 26: A 25-year-old man was found hanging with a ceiling fan in his room at Ramban on Friday morning, a Police official said.

The deceased was identified as Rajinder Singh 25 son of Rasila Singh resident of Dudla, Balihote Tehsil and District Ramban.

He was working as a cook at Chenab stone crusher near the police check post-Ramban.

On getting information a police team rushed to the spot took and shifted the body of the deceased to the mortuary of District Hospital Ramban

“It looks like a case of suicide. However no suicide note has been recovered from the spot,” officials said.
