Kishtwar, Sep 11: A man died while another was injured after the vehicle, they were traveling in veered off the road near Padyarna area of Jammu's Kishtwar on, reports said Wednesday morning.

Quoting an official, news agency NVI reported that the accident this morning at Padyarna left one person dead and another injured when a pickup truck bearing registration number JK17 3894 veered off the road near Padyarna, Kishtwar.

The official identified the deceased as Dharminder Singh, son of Kashmir Singh from Masu Padder, driver of the vehicle. Singh died on the spot, the official said.

Another person, Suman Kumar, son of Bhagat Ram from Sohal Padder, was injured and was shifted immediately to the District Hospital Kishtwar for treatment, said the official.
