Make adequate arrangements for Shab-e-Qadr, Jumat-ul-Vida: Altaf Bukhari

Srinagar, Mar 25: Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Tuesday urged the administration to make adequate arrangements for the smooth observance of the upcoming occasions of Shab-e-Qadr and Jumat-ul-Vida.

In his statement he said, “As the revered occasions of Shab-e-Qadr and Jumat-ul-Vida are approaching, I urge the administration to ensure all necessary arrangements for their smooth observance. Besides providing other essential facilities to the people on these occasions, the administration should ensure the availability of transportation for worshipers and devotees who will join the congregational prayers at major mosques and shrines.”

“Also, the concerned departments must ensure an uninterrupted supply of potable water and electricity to the people, along with proper cleanliness and sanitation measures in and around significant religious places,” he added.
