MAHARAJA HARI SINGH’S BIRTHDAY | 4-member panel to look into issue

Jammu: The government has set up a four-member panel to look into the issue of “commemoration of the birthday of Maharaja Hari Singh and its observance in general or under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 in J&K”.

The committee would comprise Principal Secretary to GAD as its chairman; Administrative Secretaries of Departments of Social Welfare and Culture and the Divisional Commissioner Jammu as its members.
