Lok Adalat for pending e-challan cases on May 11

Srinagar, May 6: Motorists and violators with pending e-challans for various traffic violations in the jurisdiction of the Court of Special Mobile Magistrate Traffic Kashmir have been delivered a notification about upcoming Lok Adalat.

"All the motorists/Traffic law violators whose e-challan cases are pending are informed to make their presence before the Hon'ble court of Special Mobile Magistrate (Traffic) Moominabad Srinagar on 11/05/2024 for disposal of their pending e-compound challans during Lok Adalat being conducted on said date. Moreover, motorists/violators against whom number of traffic challans are pending before the Hon'ble court of law have been given last opportunity by the Hon'ble court for disposal of their challans during Lok Adalat being conducted on 11/05/2024, failing which RCs of their vehicles shall be recommended for cancelation " a notice from the traffic police rural Kashmir said.

Senior Superintendent of Police Traffic Rural Kashmir, Ravinder Pal Singh has conveyed the imperative nature of this development. SSP said that this proactive measure is expected to facilitate the swift resolution of their pending e-challan cases.

He said the individuals are encouraged to comply with this directive to avoid any potential legal repercussions and contribute to the streamlined administration of justice in traffic-related matters.
