Lineman injured while restoring power supply in Budgam

Srinagar, Feb 20: A lineman was injured while restoring the power supply amid inclement weather on Tuesday in Beerwah area of Budgam district.

The KPDCL employee identified as Mohammad Abdullah Mir was injured while restoring power in Electric Division Budgam and taken to a nearby hospital from where he has been referred to SKIMS hospital in Bemina, Srinagar.

Mir's condition is said to be stable, reported news agency Kashmir Scroll.
