Lieutenant Governor greets people on Vijayadashami

Srinagar, Oct 01: The Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has greeted the people on the eve of Vijayadashami.

In a message, the Lieutenant Governor has said," On the joyous occasion of Vijayadashami, I extend my warm greetings and good wishes to all for their happiness, well-being and prosperity.

Vijayadashami symbolises the victory of good over evil and that of righteousness over unrighteousness. May this sacred festival inspire us to work for unity, peace and progress of the country and strengthen our spirit of harmony, brotherhood and oneness."
