LIC offices to remain open on March 30, 31

Srinagar, Mar 29: LIC of India has announced that all its offices across Zones and Divisions will remain open for normal operations on March 29, 30, and 31.

A statement said that this decision follows an advisory issued by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) dated March 12, 2025.

"The insurance giant is keeping its offices operational during these days, which include a weekend and Monday, to ensure policyholders don't face any inconvenience or hardship during the financial year-end period. All offices will function according to their regular working hours on these dates."

This arrangement will allow policyholders to complete premium payments, policy renewals, and other transactions before the financial year closes. Customers are advised to take advantage of these extended working days to address any pending insurance matters, it said.
