LG’s Mulaqaat: Sinha directs officials to address grievances on fast track basis

Srinagar, July 31: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha in his ‘LG's Mulaqaat’ on Wednesday directed officials to expedite pending resolution of grievances on fast track basis.

Lieutenant Governor enjoined upon officers to ensure the system is accountable and responsive to people’s needs.

“J&K Administration has taken several measures to improve the grievance redressal mechanism. Recently, J&K SAMADHAN Portal & App were launched to provide easy way to lodge the grievance and its efficient and speedy redressal,” LG Sinha held.
