LG Sinha, DG NIA, DGP lead wreath-laying ceremony at PCR

Srinagar, Nov 15: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, along with Director General (DG) National Investigation Agency (NIA) Sadanand Date and Director General of J&K Police Nalin Prabhat, on Saturday led the wreath-laying ceremony at the Police Control Room (PCR), Srinagar, offering tributes to the J&K Police personnel, revenue officials, and a civilian who lost their lives in a blast at Nowgam Police Station last Friday night.

The LG also met the bereaved families and conveyed his condolences.

Later, in a post on microblogging site ‘X’, LG Sinha said, “Laid a wreath and offered my solemn tributes to the Police personnel, revenue officials, and a civilian who lost their lives in an accidental blast at Nowgam Police Station last night. The nation will forever remain indebted to their selfless service and supreme sacrifice in the line of duty. Interacted with the bereaved families and expressed my deep condolences. The nation stands shoulder to shoulder with them in this difficult hour.”
