LG Manoj Sinha meets archers, assures support to athletes

Jammu, Apr 17: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday met Arjuna Awardee para-archer Rakesh Kumar and National Champion para-archer Payal Nag at Raj Bhawan. The athletes were accompanied by their coach, Abhilasha Chaudhary.

The LG also interacted with National Games silver medallist Hritik Sharma and conveyed his best wishes for the upcoming FISU World University Games 2025.

Commending their achievements, the Lieutenant Governor said that the consistent success of athletes from the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board Sports Complex, Katra, at national and international levels serves as a strong source of motivation for the youth. He assured the athletes of full support from the administration in their sporting journey.
