LG Manoj Sinha Extends Global Invite to Explore J&K's "Vibrant Cultural Tapestry"

Srinagar, Jan 25 : Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday extended an open invitation to travellers worldwide to explore the valley, underscoring its scenic grandeur and cultural richness on National Tourism Day.

In a post on X, LG Sinha as per news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) said, “Immerse yourselves in the breathtaking natural splendour & vibrant cultural tapestry. With its tranquil vistas & rich heritage, J&K promises a journey that rejuvenates the spirit and inspires the soul.”

The appeal is seen as part of the administration’s sustained efforts to boost tourism and project normalcy in the Union Territory.

The tourism pitch comes after heavy snowfall in the Kashmir valley ended a prolonged dry spell on Friday. The valley is expected to witness another Western Disturbance from Monday night. (KNS)
