LG Manoj Sinha condemns killing of migrant worker in Shopian
Srinagar, Oct 19: Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, Saturday strongly condemned the brutal killing of Ashok Chauhan, a vendor, by terrorists in Shopian.
In a statement on social media handle, LG Manoj Sinha denounced the attackers as “cowardly terrorists” and expressed deep condolences to the bereaved family.
I strongly condemn the brutal killing of a vendor Ashok Chauhan in Shopian by cowardly terrorists. The entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with his family. Our security forces are determined to hunt down the culprits and bring them to justice.

“I strongly condemn the brutal killing of a vendor Ashok Chauhan in Shopian by cowardly terrorists. The entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with his family. Our security forces are determined to hunt down the culprits and bring them to justice,” Office of LG J&K said in a post on its official X-handle.
“My thoughts are with his family members and friends in this time of grief. I have directed the Jammu Kashmir Police & District Administration to extend all the support,” the post added.
