Srinagar, 4 March: The J-K Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha on Monday evening while expressing his condolences, announced an ex-gratia to the shattered families who lost their loved ones in a tragic accident earlier today in the Ukhral area of Ramban district .

"I am deeply saddened to learn about the loss of precious lives in an unfortunate road accident in Ramban today. I convey my heartfelt condolences to the members of the bereaved families and praying for the speedy recovery of those injured," the Lt Governor said.
