Landslide blocks Jammu-Rajouri-Poonch National Highway at Kalal in Poonch

Poonch, July 22: The Jammu–Rajouri–Poonch National Highway has been blocked in the Kalal area of Poonch district due to a landslide triggered by incessant rainfall in Jammu and Kashmir, officials said.

An official confirmed to the Greater Kashmir that a "landslide has blocked Jammu-Rajouri-Poonch National Highway at Kalal in Poonch"

He added that continuous heavy rainfall has lashed the region, raising concerns about more landslides and flash floods.
