Kupwara residents welcome Chowdry Ramzan’s candidature for RS polls

Kupwara, Oct 11: The people across north Kashmir’s Kupwara district have welcomed the decision of National Conference to nominate senior leader Chowdry Mohammad Ramzan as one of its three candidates for the Rajya Sabha.

People have described it as a recognition of his decades-long service to the region and National Conference.

Chowdry Mohammad Ramzan  expressed gratitude to the NC cadre, especially party president Dr Farooq Abdullah, for trusting in him. "I am really thankful to Dr Farooq Abdullah and the entire cadre for reposing their trust and support in me".
