Kupwara district bags prestigious Prime Minister's award for excellence in public administration

Kupwara, Apr 17: The frontier district Kupwara has been selected for the prestigious Prime Minister's Award for Excellence in Public Administration for its outstanding efforts in holistic development.

Deputy Commissioner Kupwara Ayushi Sudan will receive the award from Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the Civil Services Day being organized on 21th of this month.

The award includes a trophy, scroll, and a monetary incentive of Rs 20 lakh to implement public welfare projects.

Meanwhile locals and public representatives of district Kupwara have congratulated Ayushi Sudan for her remarkable leadership making Kupwara a standout district.
