The residents of several villages in the Kalaroos area accused the authorities of not providing them electricity as per schedule, making things hard for them.

The residents said that they had been experiencing severe power outages even in the holy month of Ramadhan.

The students of these areas are also anguished with the prolonged power cuts affecting their studies.

“We have never experienced substantial electric supply and the situation has gone from bad to worse during the holy month of Ramadhan. The authorities resort to power cuts without any justification,” said a student.
