KU holds workshop for AISHE nodal officers

Srinagar, Oct 10: The AISHE Cell of the Directorate of Internal Quality Assurance (DIQA), University of Kashmir (KU), in collaboration with the AISHE Unit of the Government of J&K, organised a one-day training workshop for nodal officers of the All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE) to strengthen institutional data management practices.

The day-long workshop aimed to familiarise nodal officers from affiliated colleges and satellite campuses of the varsity with the process of accurately filling the Data Capture Format (DCF) on the AISHE portal. Speaking on the occasion, Vice-Chancellor KU, Prof. Nilofer Khan, in her address, encouraged the participants to ensure precision and consistency in reporting data and said, “Accurate data is the foundation of informed policy and effective academic planning.
