KPDCL announces power shutdown

Srinagar, Feb 05: The Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) on Thursday announced power shutdown in several parts of Kashmir division in coming days.

Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL informed that shutdown of 33 KV Nowbugh-Chadoora line will be observed due to which power supply Sogam, Repora, Dawlatpora, Panzan, Lalgam, Chadoora, Wathoora, Bugam, Gadsathoo, Kathairgund and adjoining areas will be affected from 10 AM to 03 PM on 07 February 2026.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Achabal Cherpora Tapline will be observed due to which power supply to Achabal, Shangus, Nowgam, Cherpora and adjoining areas will be affected from 10 AM to 03 PM on 07 & 09 February 2026.

Likewise, shutdown of 33 KV Pampore-Lethpora line will be observed due to which power supply to Samboora, Lethpora, Patalbagh, Chandhara, Konibal, Dussoo and adjoining areas will be affected from 09 AM to 03 PM on 08 & 11 February 2026.

Furthermore, shutdown of  33 KV Pampore-Khrew line will be observed due to which power supply to Khrew, Buthan, PHE/Hospital, Shar A, Shar B, Wahab Sahab and adjoining areas will be affected from 09 AM to 03 PM on 09 February 2026.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Potushai Ajas Tapline will be observed due to which power supply to Ajas, SK Bala, Sadunara, Bazipora and adjoining areas will be affected from 10 AM to 03 PM on 07 & 09 February 2026.
