Kokernag gunfight: Two army personnel injured, ops on
Srinagar, Aug 10: Army on Saturday said that two of its personnel have been injured in the ongoing gunfight in south Kashmir's Kokernag.
It said that based on specific inputs, a joint operation was launched by Indian army, CRPF and J&K police in Kokernag.
"Contact was established and the firefight ensued," army said.
Two personnel have been injured and evacuated from the area, it said.
