Kishtwar youth found dead in Jammu hotel

Jammu, Jan 2: Police Thursday recovered the body of a youth in a hotel room in Jewel Chowk area of Jammu city, under mysterious circumstances.

Police identified the deceased as Rohit Kumar, 20, a resident of Kishtwar.

“He checked in here in this Hotel New Laxmi Lodge on January 1 evening. Relatives of the deceased in Kishtwar have been informed. Body will be sent for post-mortem after their arrival. Cause of death is being ascertained. We have started investigation into the matter after registration of the case in this connection,” Police said.
