Kashvet Innovation showcases their products at SKUAST-K

Srinagar, Dec 13: A spectrum of innovative products took centre stage at the Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K) on Wednesday as startup stalls were displayed.

Among the notable contributors was Kashvet Innovation Pvt Ltd (KIPL), a venture under SKUAST-K, showcasing and promoting a range of livestock feed and feed supplements.

Under the banner of Kashvet Innovation Pvt Ltd, SKUAST-K exhibited various products, including Kashvet sheep feed, Kashmim-S, Kashmin-Plus, Dairyboost, and Sheepboost. These products, developed through research-based initiatives, hold significant commercial potential for the farming community, a statement said.

Prof. A. M. Ganai, a mentor of Kashvet Innovation Pvt Limited, along with DrParvaizReshi, DrGowher Gull (innovators), and DrNaveed Hamid (Business Mentor), presented a cheque to the Vice-Chancellor of SKUAST-Kashmir in favour of the SKIIE centre, SKUAST-Kashmir, to aid the budding innovators within the university.

DrParvaiz Ahmed Reshi, Founder of Kashvet Innovations Pvt Limited, SKUAST-K, expressed during the event that Kashvet feeds have become the preferred and most popular brand of feed and feed supplements among farmers. He noted a tenfold demand compared to the current production level. DrReshi affirmed the commitment of KIPL, with the backing of SKUAST-K authorities, to triple its production of feed and supplements to meet the escalating demand from farmers.
