Srinagar, Dec 1: Mumbai experienced and enjoyed the Kashmiri culture, food and art at “Pumbuch” , a grand cultural and food festival, held for the first time in Mumbai after three and a half decades.

The grand event of "Pumbuch", the cultural, art, and food festival , was organised this year at Infiniti Mall in Malad suburb of Mumbai. The organiser of the "Pumbuch" festival is Superna Sapru. This event was held from 22nd November to 24th November and the visitors got first-hand experience of Kashmir. This live event showcased the music, dance, art, cuisine and crafts of Kashmir. Many famous film and cultural artists attended the event, which included Deepak Parashar, Sandeepa Dhar, Priti Sapru, Lalit Parimo and Ashwath Bhat.

Dancers from J&K made a significant impact with beautiful numbers and traditional outfits with which the Mumbai crowd was amazed to see the event of this level.

Director Superna Sapru hailed the Directorate of Handicrafts J&K govt., Directorate of Tourism J&K govt, artisans, team Kashmiri Pandit Association Mumbai for their support.

“PUMBUCH “soon is expected to be held in Delhi /NCR. Director Superna Sapru plans to take this event all over the globe.
