Kashmir train inauguration likely on Jan 26: MP

Srinagar, Jan 8: Member of Parliament and senior National Conference (NC) leader Mian Altaf Ahmad on Wednesday expressed optimism about the much-awaited rail connectivity to Kashmir being inaugurated on January 26.

“I believe the rail project will be thrown open on January 26. It will be a significant development for J&K,” a local news gathering agency KINS quoted the Member of Parliament Mian Altaf as having said.
