Justice Wani placed in Super Time Scale

Srinagar, May 10:   The High Court of J&K and Ladakh Friday accorded sanction to the placement of Justice Muhammad Yousuf Wani (the then District and Sessions Judge) in the Super Time Scale of the Jammu and Kashmir Higher Judicial Service (3-7 199100-224100) retrospectively with effect from April 8, 2020.

“Sanction is hereby accorded to the placement of Justice Mohammad Yousuf Wani (the then District and Sessions Judge) in the Super Time Scale of the Jammu and Kashmir Higher Judicial Service (3-7 199100-224100) retrospectively with effect from April 8, 2020,” reads an order by Registrar General, Shahzad Azeem.
