Justice Sindhu Sharma to consider requests for LTC, HTC

Srinagar, Jan 1: Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has delegated power to Justice Sindhu Sharma to consider requests by the Judicial Officers as well as officers and officials of the High Court Registry for grant of Leave Travel Concession (LTC) and Home Travel Concession (HTC).

“In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 204 (1) of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court Rules, 1999, Hon’ble Mrs. Justice Sindhu Sharma is hereby empowered to consider all requests mooted by the Judicial Officers and Officers/Officials of the High Court registry for grant of Leave Travel Concession (LTC)/ Home Travel Concession (HTC) in terms of Rule 15 of the S.O 498 dated 09.10.2024 and S.O 22 dated 03.12.2019 respectively,” reads an order issued by Registrar General, M K Sharma.
