JTA appoints office bearers
Srinagar, Sep 16: The Joint Traders Association (JTA), representing 14 markets in Srinagar’s city centre, has appointed new leaders to key positions following a significant meeting led by Farhan Kitab.
Muzzaffar Jan Wani, President of Central Market (Abiguzar), has been nominated as the General Secretary of JTA. Additionally, Bashir Ahmad Mir, President of Lala Rukh Market, has been appointed as the JTA Treasurer.
These strategic appointments underscore JTA’s dedication to enhancing market representation and addressing the concerns of traders throughout Srinagar’s central business district. The new leadership is expected to bring fresh perspectives and strengthen the association’s ability to advocate for its members effectively.
