JKPCC pays tributes to Indira Gandhi on death anniversary

Srinagar, Oct 31: JKPCC President Tariq Hameed Karra alongwith CLP Leader and AICC General Secretary GA Mir and other senior leaders paid tributes to former PM late Indira Gandhi on her 41st death anniversary in a function held at Srinagar Congress headquarter in which senior party leaders, former minister and district presidents from across Kashmir region and district presidents were present, said a press release.

Karra, who presided over the tribute function said "Indira Gandhi was a stalwart leader and best stateman, she has the honour to become first Lady Prime Minister of this great Nation and played a crucial role in the inclusive development of country & championed the cause of poor."
