JKFO to organise ‘Grievance Redressal-cum-Awareness Mela’ on Nov 16, 17

Jammu, Nov 14: Jammu & Kashmir Funds Organization (JKFO) is organizing the 3rd "Grievance Redressal-cum-Awareness Mela" through its Fund offices, scheduled to be held on November 16 and 17, 2023.

The primary objective of this event is to redress the grievances of the G P Fund subscribers, ex-subscribers and SLI insurants and to sensitize the subscribers about the various services and e-services being provided by the Funds organization.

All subscribers, ex-subscribers and SLI insurants, who have or had their accounts maintained with G P Fund Moving Civil Secretariat, J&K, may visit the office of Accounts Officer G P Fund Civil Secretariat during working office hours for on-the-spot registration of their grievances and their subsequent resolution under relevant rules. “They may also register their grievances through our official E-mail address, aogpfmovegrievance@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 91 8803232099,” read a notice.
