JKBOSE issues notification for 10th, 12th class students seeking answer scripts, re-evaluation
Srinagar, Jan 29: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) on Thursday issued a notification for students desirous of seeking photocopy of their answer scripts or to apply re-evaluation of their class 10th and 12th exams.
The notification issued in this regard reads, “All the eligible candidates of Secondary School Education (Class 10th) and Higher Secondary Part-II (Class 12th) Annual Regular 2025 (Oct-Nov session) of Kashmir division, who are desirous of obtaining the photocopies of their answer scripts and or re-evaluation of their answer scripts are hereby informed to apply online for the same on the JKBOSE official website i.e. http//jkbose.jk.gov.in.
It states that the date of opening of link for submission of online forms of re-evaluation or Photostat copy of answer scripts is 30.01.2026. While the last date for filling forms for obtaining photo copy of answer scripts is 05.02.2026. Also the last date for filling re-evaluation forms is 08.02.2026.
The prescribed fee for re-evaluation is Rs 550/- per answer script and that for photo copy is Rs 285/- per answer script. It shall be deposited through online mode i.e. Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking etc, notification reads.
Notice for collection of Photostat copies of answer scripts shall be uploaded on the JKBOSE website in a phased manner and the students will collect the photocopies of their answer scripts strictly as per the uploaded schedule from the concerned Secrecy sections of JKBOSE at Divisional Campus Bemina, Srinagar only after producing proof of the deposited fee.
JKBOSE advised applicants to keep visiting official website regularly for updates regarding schedule for obtaining of photocopies after applying for the same.
It added that no student will visit the JKBOSE office without following the schedule for collection of answer scripts.
The candidates having disqualification and exam/paper cancelled are not eligible to fill forms for photocopy or reevaluation in the respective subjects, notification reads.
