Srinagar, Dec 12: The two-day 4th J&K UT Level Field Archery Championship 2024 concluded at Government Higher Secondary School Zadibal, Srinagar, with over 200 participants from various private and government institutions across the districts.

Ayesha Ali Academy from Kulgam District emerged as the top performer in the medal tally. Following closely were Birla Open Minds International School from Pulwama District, G.D. Goenka School from Anantnag District, R.P. School from Srinagar District, and R.P. School from Ganderbal District.

The event was presided over by the Principal of GHSS Zadibal, Srinagar, as the chief guest. Notable guests of honor included Peer Zahoor Ahmad (JKPS) from Security, Mukhtar Rasool, General Secretary of the Field Archery Association of J&K, and Manzoor Ahmad, Activity Incharge of GHSS Zadibal.

Secretary of the Field Archery Association of J&K revealed that top-performing archers from the championship have qualified to represent Jammu and Kashmir at the 15th National Indoor Field Archery Championship 2025, scheduled to be held in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
