J&K Sports Department launches sports podcast
Srinagar, Nov 16: In a bid to boost sports culture and nurture young talent, the Youth Services and Sports Department of Jammu & Kashmir has launched its official podcast titled “Khel Khel Mein”, with the first episode featuring Wushu star Jiya Manhas already garnering a strong online response and signalling a new digital push to connect with aspiring athletes across the J&K.
As per a DYSS official statement, the announcement, made by the Director General of the Department, Anuradha Gupta, signals a profound understanding of a modern truth: inspiration needs a platform. And now, with the first episode already airing to a captivated audience, the theory has been powerfully put into practice.
Featuring the celebrated Wushu player Jiya Manhas, the debut of “Khel Khel Mein” has exploded across the department's social media handles, proving that the appetite for these authentic stories is immense and the impact, immediate.
