J&K Skal signs twinning pact with Mumbai South

Srinagar, Sep 13: Skal International Jammu & Kashmir and Skal International Mumbai South signed a historic twinning agreement during the Skal International National Congress held on September 12–13 at Hotel Sahara Star, Mumbai.

The ceremony was attended by Member of Parliament Dr. Shashi Tharoor and Sanjeev Mehra, National President of Skal International India, who congratulated both clubs for strengthening friendship, cooperation, and mutual growth in the tourism and hospitality sector.

With this agreement, Skal International Jammu & Kashmir has become the only club in India to have signed two twinning partnerships, highlighting its commitment to collaboration and global networking within the Skal movement.

Representatives from both clubs emphasised their dedication to promoting sustainable tourism, fostering cultural exchange, and creating business opportunities between the regions.

The twinning ceremony, a key highlight of the National Congress, symbolised Skal’s motto of “Doing Business Among Friends” and showcased India’s expanding role in the international Skal fraternity.
